First time the Monsters
played DC9.
Reverb Galaxy opened
and played a great surf
instrumental set.  Their
way cool Go-Go dancers
in their Jetsons-style
costumes added to the
atmosphere!
The Tail Draggers
followed with a set that
really got the crowd going
(as they always do).  Mike
Miller and  Dancin' Guy
teamed up for a
memorable Boss Hoss.
The Monsters came on
about midnight and
played a solid set that
had the place rockin'.
Walter had his stage
debut singing with the
Monsters and kicked ass
with smoking versions of
King of the Surf, Brand
New Cadillac and Agent
Orange's Bloodstains.

The weather was nice
up until the end of the
Monster's set and then
turned ugly.  Rodney
played a cool set.
Bikes were racing all
day long right next to
the stage.   Theresa
sang solo for the first
time.  Ron got a
speeding ticket on the
way to the gig.  Mike
entered the pie eating
contest and will never
eat blueberry pie again.
Some friends that the
Monsters hadn't seen in
a long time showed up.
Patterson Park is located at the intersection of Montford
& Eastern Ave. for those of you who know Balmer...
Memorable show
at Rodney's
pie shop in
Balmer.  Monsters
opened and got
the crowd going
with a pretty good
set.  In a bizarre
incident, Deke &
Sugarballs
were jumped by a
stalker who had
followed them  from
West Virginia.
Both were pepper
sprayed  yet
played a great set
nonetheless.
Just another typical
Tuesday night in
Charm City.
