| Pie, beer and rocknroll pt 2. This was a fun show as it always is when Deke Dickerson & the Eccofonics are playing. The Monsters opened with the pie shop about 2/3 full (meaning about 20 people were there) and fueled by lots of Schlitz, PBR and Natty Boh, got the place shakin'. Feeling the Halloween spirit, in a surprise move, especially to half the band, Ron sang Goo Goo Muck at the end of the Monsters set. Deke & the Eccofonics followed and had just about everyone dancing. Much pie and beer was consumed. All in all, a very memorable night. Doesn't get much better than that... |
